At The Legenbeary Brand, we want you to love your gear. If something isn't quite right, we’re here to help you get it sorted—provided you follow the "bear" essentials of our policy below.
1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Within the continental United States, most orders are processed within 1–7 business days. Please note that orders from Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take slightly longer.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We offer returns or exchanges on select orders. To ensure your return is accepted, please note the following requirements:
Condition: Items must be in unused, original condition.
Packaging: Garments must be returned in their original packaging.
Tags & Seals: The identification tag and the disposable seal must be completely intact. If the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.
Manufacturing Defects: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, it is eligible for an exchange for the same style/size.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened or the items have been worn:
Undergarments and Tanktops
Headbands and Wristbands
Socks
Hats and Baseball Caps
Scarves
Earmuffs
Swimwear
Bags
Sunglasses and Eyewear
4. How to Start a Return
Online purchases follow a specific workflow to ensure they are tracked correctly.
No In-Store Returns: Online purchases cannot be returned to physical Legenbeary Brand locations.
Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team. They will provide you with the necessary instructions and return authorization.
Shipping Fees: Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is being returned due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. The Legenbeary Brand is not responsible for returns lost in transit before they reach our facility.
